- Only products that have been purchased directly from WWW.MICHELLEPEIRET.COM can be returned to us. No other retailers have been authorized to sell our products.
- Make sure the product you are returning is in good condition, packaged in its original form and has not been used.
- There are some products that are not eligible for return or refund, including: • Open products • Gifts and/or promotions. Please note that the cost of shipping, gifts, commissions, or other charges are not refundable.
HOW TO RETURN / CHANGE A PRODUCT
To return a product, you must contact us directly via WhatsApp from the website or by email at email@example.com indicating:
- Your first name and last name
- The invoice or order number
- The products to be returned/exchanged (send a photograph to determine whether your products are eligible for return/exchange)
- The reason for returning/exchanging the product
Once we have verified the information, we will email you with a Return Label that you must print and attach to the package. We recommend you to use the original packaging if you are returning products that come in bags or boxes. You can arrange with the delivery company to collect the package or leave it at any of their offices.
Once the products have been received and the necessary conditions verified, the refund process (in cases of returned products) or reshipment (in cases of products to be exchanged) will start immediately.
How your refund is processed will depend on your original form of payment and the refund will be sent within the five business days following the receipt of the returned product.
